Choose the equipment for your party and proceed with the scheduling.
After processing your reservation, our team will contact you to inform you of the delevery cost.
You will be informed of the estimated delivery/pickup dates.
Submit Identification
We will contact you 1 day before and on the day of delivery 2 hours before the dilivery person leaves for deliveru.
We require identification, just like any rental company, and we ask for a physical or digital copy or your identification to confirm your identity ( name, home address and age)
Our team may ask you to present your identification document again at the time of pick-up or drop-off to verify that your reservation has been received by you (or a person indicated by you).
We routinely delete identification records within 90 days. You can also request immediate deletion upon return.

Submitting your identification
After confirming your reservation, we will contact you and send you an encrypted and secure form to register your identification data.
In the form, you will add your complete data and you will need to provide a digital copy of your identification document.
If you are not the one who will receive the equipment, you will need to add your name and identification number. Add up to 3 people.
Protecting your information
To protect your data, we send an individual form to each registered user.
Our website is fully encrypted and secure against data leaks.
All records are deleted after 90 days, but you can also request that your data be removed immediately.
Rental Bond
To ensure a safe and transparent experience, we use a security deposit pre-authorisation system for all bookings. Learn how the process works, from the temporary hold to the release or potential application of the deposit.
At the time of delivery or collection of the equipment, the deposit will be charged.
Why we pre-authorise a rental bond
We pre-authorise (hold) a security deposit as a safeguard against late or improper returns
This amount does not cover loss or damage to the equipment
In 99% of cases, our customers do the right thing, and the security deposit is automatically released with no extra charges.
Pre-authorisation of rental bond
The security deposit will be pre-authorised (held) on the credit card used to make your booking.
For most equipment, the deposit amount is AUD $100.
For specific items such as DJ gear or generators, the deposit is AUD $200.
Release of rental bond
When the equipment is returned on time and in the same condition as received, we will request your bank to release the hold on the deposit.
Once pre-authorised funds are released, they simply disappear from your “pending transactions” and become available again.
Unlike a refund, you won’t see a credit entry—just the release of the hold.
Capture of rental bond
If the equipment is returned late or in poor condition (e.g., dirty, damaged, or with misuse indicators triggered), the deposit will be captured and applied to cover the relevant fees.
In cases of loss, damage, or if fees exceed the deposit amount, additional charges may apply.
